Pan-seared; served w/ sweet corn-peppadew-snap pea succotash, fried maitake, marinated tomatoes & chive oil. Available for weekend dinners only

w/garlic butter, candied bacon, basil yogurt, chili powder, pickled Fresno, scallions and lime.
Prosciutto-Melon Salad —$12
Cantaloupe compressed in Avec Les Bon Voeux w/ crispy prosciutto, frisée, whipped goat cheese, sunflower seeds and pickled Fresno peppers dressed with lemon-herb vinaigrette.
Burrata Salad —$12
Arugula, macerated peaches, pickled fennel, chili- honey almonds and balsamic gastrique. Served with herbed focaccia.
