FRIDAY APRIL 12—the Gouden Carolus Single Malt debuts in Chicago at Hopleaf! It’s distilled from GC Tripel, which we’ll be pouring, as well as the classic GC. We’ll be featuring, specially-priced: the “Belgian Handshake“— a neat pour with a Golden C. Classic; and the “New Fashioned“—with housemate cherry simple syrup and house orange bitters.
