    Hopleaf’s Canada Day Celebration returns after the pandemic hiatus. Our events in 2018 and 2019 were so much fun! We’re featuring foods and drinks from Canada, including a lovely Canadian Collins with MAPLE devised by Bevmaster Steph. Plus there’s a glass giveaway with any Unibroue purchase, draft or bottle, while supplies last! Come by and join us in toasting our friendly neighbor to the north!

    Our famous pommes frites smothered in beer cheese sauce made with Old Quebec 3-Year Cheddar, gravy,
    & Montreal-style smoked meat; garnished with scallions

    • Wild English
    Derived from the spontaneous wild yeast fermentation of English bittersweet cider apples grown at Sea Cider, inc. Dabinetts and Chisel Jerseys. A sparkling amber cider that’s ultra- dry, robust and earthy. 7.5% Imperial Half Pint $10

    UNIBROUE (Chambly, Quebec)
    • Blanche de Chambly
    Produced with a blend of Quebec unmalted wheat & very pale barley malt to which spices & natural aromatics are added, along with a light hopping.  5%

    Brewed w/13 carefully selected ingredients. This delicious saison, pale amber with red-orange highlights, offers the perfect combination of malt, fruit and spices punctuated by the fresh hops taste. 6.1%

    La Fin Du Monde—$6
    Triple-fermented in the style of the Trappist triples. Slightly tart; balan­ced flavors of wild spices, malt & hops. 9%
    Maudite —$6
    Mahogany-hued, rich & complex. 8%
    Don de Dieu —$6
    Tripel-style, bottle-fermented Abbey-type beer, white w/gol­den highlights. Unmalted wheat; cloudy w/ sus­pen­d­ed yeast. Strong yet mellow. Brewed once a year, in Dec. 9%
    Trois Pistoles —$6
    Mellow flavor, dark color w/a ripe fruit aroma reminiscent of old port. 9%
    À Tout le Monde —$5
    This saison ale was brewed at the request of Dave Mustaine, lead singer of heavy metal band Megadeth & fan of Unibroue beers. It uses a dry-hopping technique and, to date, has the lowest alcohol content of any Unibroue beer. A refreshing easy drinker! 4.5%
