Belgian Fried Chicken Mondays
Our next BFC is March 2!
This month Hopleaf’s kitchen has chosen to pair the BFC with St. Bernardus!March’s version includes: Black garlic marinated W/ tahini-brown sugar waffle, st bernardus braised collards and black eyed peas, lentil squash puree, brocolli taboulli and pickled aji dolce peppers. $18. Pair it with St. Bernardus for an extra $5.
It’s the First Monday of each* month —Belgian Fried Chicken Night! You might not find fried chicken on many menus on Brussels, but you might wish that you did after tasting this! It’s not historically a staple of the Belgian culinary scene, but we thought we’d change that. The preparation changes from month to month. (*any exceptions will be announced)
Offered at dinnertime, which starts at 5. But don’t wait until too late; these dishes are popular and tend to sell out early.

Hopleaf is excited to host an Author Meet-and-Greet for the new Trappist Beer Travels book!
This combination beer journal, history book, and travelogue grants readers rare access inside monastery walls for an in-depth look at the legendary breweries of Trappist monks.
