    • Belgian Fried Chicken Mondays

      First Monday of the Month

It’s the First Monday of most every month —Belgian Fried Chicken Night! You might not find fried chicken on many menus on Brussels, but you might wish that you did after tasting this! It’s not historically a staple of the Belgian culinary scene, but we thought we’d change that. The preparation changes from month to month. March’s BFC is:

Black garlic marinated thighs w/tahini-brown sugar waffle, St. Bernardus-braised collards & black eyed peas, lentil squash purée, broccoli taboulli and pickled aji dolce peppers. Paired with St Bernardus.

Dinnertime starts at 5pm on Mondays. The dish is $18, add a St. Bernardus perfect pairing for a special $5.

    • An Evening of Rodenbach!

      Wednesday Feb 26, 2020 7-9pm

A very special meet and greet from 7 to 9 PM with Rodenbach’s master Rudi Ghequire. A selection of Rodenbach beers will be on draft and in bottles, and we will also be the first place in America to pour Rodenbach’s first ever collaboration beer, Vivant P’Ocean, created with Dogfish Head. Click below for details.
PLUS—at 7:30 we’ll open a rare magnum of Rodenbach from the 90s. It is the last one we have. (The last one opened was more than 5 years ago and it was drinking beautifully. Rodenbach brewer Rudi Ghequire was there when this was bottled, so it will be special for him and for us.) So: Buy a Rodenbach between 7 and 7:30 and get a ticket for your chance to try this lovely rare thing. We’ll draw winners at 7:30.
